Joe Scarborough was born on April 9, 1963, in Atlanta, Georgia U.S.A., under the full name of Charles Joseph Scarborough, the son of parents Mary Clark and George Francis Scarborough and his two other siblings. Joe Scarborough has American citizenship and his ethnicity is considered North American.
The TV personality completed his early education at the Catholic High School in Pensacola, Florida, and then went to the University of Alabama where he earned a B.A., and in 1990 went to the College of Law at the University of Florida to earn his J.D.
