Paul Davis Ryan Jr. was born on January 29, 1970, to one of the most prominent families in his hometown of Janesville, Wisconsin. His father Paul Ryan Sr. was a successful lawyer and his mother Elizabeth “Betty” Ryan was a housewife.
The young Ryan received his early education at St. Mary’s Catholic School in Janesville. His history of political office dates back to his time at Joseph A. Craig High School.
