Laura Ingraham is a conservative political FOX commentator, GOP politician, author, and lawyer. She currently hosts the news show of the same name, The Ingraham Angle. The show obviously bears this name because Laura is known to often present unique views that differ from the perspective of most people. As a republican, she always has to deal with the liberals. However, although her political views usually fall under conservative ideology, she has also criticized a number of Republican policies. She was born on June 19, 1963, as Laura Anne Ingraham, the daughter of James Frederick Ingraham III and his wife Anne Caroline Kozak in Glastonbury, Connecticut, USA. As for her education, Laura Ingraham graduated from Glastonbury High School in 1981 before going to Dartmouth College where she received her B.A. in 1985. It was during her time at Dartmouth that the media mogul began to manifest itself in Laura Ingraham: During her time at Dartmouth, she rose to become editor-in-chief of Dartmouth Review, a conservative college magazine. After graduating from college, Laura Ingraham worked for several years as a speechwriter in the White House during the Ronald Reagan administration of the 1980s. In parallel, she began pursuing her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Virginia School of Law. After earning her doctorate in 1991, she worked as a legal secretary for Judge Ralph K. Winter, Jr. at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York. She then worked as a clerk for Clarence Thomas at the United States Supreme Court. She also worked for several years as an attorney with the New York law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

In all the years of her studies and work as a lawyer, she was always attracted by her love for the media industry. During her time in the White House, she also worked as an editor for a conservative magazine, The Prospect, published by the late Concerned Alumni of Princeton (CAP). So after a few years as a practicing lawyer, Laura Ingraham began to devote herself full-time to her deepest passion: broadcast media.
