The highly esteemed actress, who has made herself popular with many unforgettable characters, is the daughter of Graham and Sylvia Starmer. She was born Kimberley Starmer in Ottawa, Canada. Although her year of birth is not known, we do know that she celebrates her birthday on May 27th every year. She grew up in Winnipeg, along with her parents and sister, whose identity is unknown.
As she grew up, she behaved like a tomboy and was interested in activities such as climbing, boxing, shooting range, horseback riding, snowboarding, and hip-hop dancing.
