If you have a soft spot for WrestleMania, you’re probably familiar with the famous WWE twins, including Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace, known by her stage name Nikki Bella. Nikki stormed the WWE together with her twin sister Brie “Brianna” Bella in June 2007.
They were assigned to the Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), over which they wrestled under the name “The Bella Twins”. With her unique style and skills, Nikki gained great popularity among fans and eventually became the star of WWE SmackDown and WWE Raw.
Who Is Nikki Bella?
Nikki Bella was born on November 21, 1983, in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States of America. She was born together with her twin sister Brie “Brianna” Bella as the daughter of a Mexican father, Jon Garcia, who worked as a soccer coach for a local team, and an American mother, Kathy Colace. The twins have a brother known as JJ Garcia. Nikki, whose star sign is Scorpio, is of course an American of white ethnicity and mixed race.
Nikki and her twin sister went through Chaparral High School, where they studied in the same class until the third grade when their mother separated them because she wanted them to be independent in some way, have plenty of room and make new friends. Later, the twins went to San Diego, California, to continue their studies, but soon gave up their academic careers to look for waitressing jobs in Los Angeles.
The twins did some form of modeling in addition to their waitressing jobs, hoping for a day when they would be lucky enough to achieve significant success in modeling. Although they later got a role in the Fox television drama called Meet My Folks, their breakthrough came when they decided to participate in a search for a WWE diva. They were randomly chosen for a photoshoot, and although the WWE turned them down, their photoshoot had already achieved a certain level of popularity.

Finally, they joined WWE as a team in 2007 and it was very entertaining to see them fight in the ring. Nikki’s WWE career spanned from 2007 to the present day, but her biggest victory came in 2012 when she defeated A.J. Lee and won the WWE Diva’s Championship in the Survival Series final.
Her Relationship with John Cena
The relationship between Nikki and John Cena, which began in 2011, is not a secret affair. Nikki officially got engaged to the WWE star on the 2nd day of April 2, 2017. John Cena proposed to his long-time girlfriend at WrestleMania 33 after their mixed tag-team match. John, in turn, designed a special engagement ring for Nikki, and the celebrity couple shared in the excitement of the many photos they had posted to their Instagram accounts.
According to the lovebirds at the time, the wedding will not be long in coming, as the decision to marry has already been made. Even though they did not name a specific day on the spot, the couple promised the public that the wedding day would be announced soon. Nikki, for her part, announced that the date with her fiancé was the best date in her whole life and that she is very happy that she and Cena will become life partners. The couple even moved together into a magnificent mansion in Tampa, Florida, but soon after, on April 15, 2018, the prominent couple separated.
It was rumored that it was Nikki who broke off the engagement three weeks before the wedding. The reason for the separation, which was speculated about, was due to their conflicting views on marriage and the desire for children. Although the prominent couple ended their relationship, both Nikki and John realized that they really wanted to get back together one day.
From what Nikki Entertainment said tonight at NBC Universal’s upfront presentation in New York City, John is the love of their lives and truly an amazing man. She confessed that she hopes they will work out their differences and get back together.
John, for his part, admitted that his life has been a complete wreck since his engagement to Nikki broke off. According to John, he will do everything to get Nikki back, he will even agree to have children if he has to. Although he did not go into detail, he blamed the unfortunate circumstances for the break-up of the engagement.

John said he decided to change his attitude towards fundamental things a lot to give their relationship a chance. All in all, he assured her that he still loved Nikki and desperately wanted to be her husband. The WWE star, who has spoken out loud against having children, is now ready to be the father of Nikki’s children. Since the two apparently still have a thing for each other, we can only hope that they will get together again in the future.
