Larissa Oleynik, whose full name is Larissa Romanovna Oleynik, became famous after her appearance in The Secret World by Alex Mack, a television series from the 1990s. The charming actress with a cute smile was born on June 7, 1981, in Santa Clara County, California, as the daughter of parents from a mixed ethnic group from Ukraine and Slovakia. She is the daughter of Roman Oleynik (father, who died in 2003), an anesthetist of Slovak, Czech, Russian and Ukrainian descent, and Lorraine Allen (mother), who worked as a nurse.
She was raised in the Eastern Orthodox Christian faith, which influenced and guided her as a child in the San Francisco Bay Area. Larisa trained at the Pinewood School in Los Altos of California.
