Leda Muir is a Youtube personality who is best known for her comic videos, vlogs, gameplay, and make-up tutorials. Since she started her Youtube career in 2007, the Californian girl has had many names on the platform. One of them was memorable because it was inspired by her favorite energy drink and one of her allergies.
Muir has proven that she is a boss when it comes to recovering from setbacks. After her first YouTube channel was hacked, she quickly got what little she could out and immediately started another channel from scratch. Leda Muir once talked about how she finds it difficult to trust men, especially because of her previous relationship problems. Leda Cleland Muir was born on 28 July 1994 in Ojai, California, as the daughter of Chaun Eric and Kendra Ann Muir. She was named after a goddess of Greek mythology, Leda. Her parents separated when she was younger and her mother Kendra moved to Portland in 2015 when Leda Muir was 19 years old. After living with her father in California for a while, she decided to move to Portland to live with her mother.

Since her time on MySpace, Leda Muir has passed by a variety of holds. In 2007, during her “scene girl” phase, she received the name Leda Lifeweary. Shortly afterward, inspired by her favorite energy drink and her allergy to bunnies, she changed her name to LedaMonsterBunny.
Her first YouTube channel was called ledafknbanana and was hacked in 2010, which caused the social media personality to lose most of her content. However, Muir managed to rescue some of her videos and upload them again. Shortly after, she set up another channel and named it LedaDragonLady. She created her third channel, HaiLedaBear, after LedaDragonLady was also hacked. On her third channel, she was known for making random videos and short vlogs about make-up, etc. These videos usually involved some of her closest friends and her boyfriend at the time, Nathan Owens, who is also a big YouTube personality.
Over the years, especially after 2014, Leda Muir’s disposition and behavior began to change, which was most noticeable in her choice of hair and clothing colors and her styling. In August 2014, Leda finally succumbed to the pressure of the harassment she had apparently been receiving for years through social media by deleting all her social media accounts. In early 2015, however, she returned to Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Her new YouTube channel was called TheLedaBunny, a reference to an earlier name she had previously used on the platform.

1. Muir has Experienced Emotional and Physical Abuse
As a teenager, Muir suffered a lot of emotional abuse, especially at school because she was overweight. This led to her suffering from an eating disorder because she tried to lose weight through malnutrition and frequent running. However, her rapid weight loss within two months only made the abuse she suffered even worse.
2. Leda has a Serial Dating History
Leda Muir met Josh, her first boyfriend, on MySpace in 2007. She fell head over heels in love with him and flew to Iceland at the age of 14 to see him. A year later they separated. Her next boyfriend, Cameron, physically abused her and often left her with bruises and once a broken wrist. He also stole about 2000 dollars from her and introduced her to a life of drugs and smoking. During this time she narrowly escaped an arson attack when someone set fire to her father’s house while they were both asleep. Rumor has it that it was her boyfriend at the time, Cameron.
Strangely enough, she started a new relationship shortly after she left the horror show she had with Cameron. Nathan Owens was her boyfriend from October 2009 to August 2011. Leda says he just left one night and left her a message. A few months after the breakup, she moved on with her boyfriend Alfredo, but that too ended in a breakup in July 2012, less than a year after they started dating.
She lived for a while with her next boyfriend, known as MattG124, before moving on with Zachary Hearts. This also ended in March 2015 and she moved on with a youtube called SayWeCanFly from late 2016 to early 2017.

3. She is Inked Out
The social media beauty has an abundance of tattoos on her body. Her journey with ink began when she was 14 years old. Her first tattoo was the image of a cherry blossom next to a Japanese symbol that means “dream”. Leda got this symbol without the permission of her parents and says it represents for her the growing up.
The second was a heart symbol in her cleavage, which was given to her by her then-best friend Mary in memory of her friend. Since then she has received about eighteen more tattoos on different parts of her body, each with its own meaning. Among her best are the butterfly tattoos, which extend from the upper left side of her chest to her shoulder. She received these as a dedication to her father.
Muir has tattoos of her cats on her shoulders, a pause/play symbol on her right thumb, a vampire bite symbol on the left side of her neck, and much more.
Leda Muir is also planning an active acting career and, realizing that her tattoos were holding her back, she announced on Twitter that she would get rid of her hand tattoos. She also said that she would remove the butterfly tattoos she got in honor of her father because he didn’t like them and had been asking her to remove them since the day she had them done.
