Due to the situation of things before his meteoric rise to fame, extensive details about his personal life were not publicly known, but the names of the YouTube pianist’s grandmother are Joy Cirigliano. She lives in Prince’s Ba with her husband, who was the owner of the Marina Café before it was swept away by Hurricane Sandy. Joey attended St. Joseph by-the-Sea High School, a coeducational Catholic school in Staten Island, from where he went to college for further education.

Joey Salads is not married but has had several relationships with young women. The last girl he met was Tanisha Coetzee, an Instagram sensation born in South Africa on 13 March 1999.
