Jane Hajduk was born on 26 October 1966 in Oil City, Pennsylvania, in the United States as the daughter of her parents Matthew J. Hajduk and Elizabeth Hajduk. She holds American citizenship, although she has a mixed ethnic background of Hungarian-American and Caucasian Americans. Hajduk is said to be a religious person and a staunch supporter of the Christian religion. The actress made her first appearance on screen in 1993 in the film Sex Crimes and two years later in the short film Nothing Man, in which she was cast as Meagan. She also had a guest appearance in the 1998 sitcom Chicago Hope in the episode Wag the Doc as Lisa.
