5 Fast Facts You Need to Know About Jaclyn Glenn

1. She is an Atheist

This is no longer a hidden fact that must be dug up by some investigators. However, there is a need to shed light on what she does as an atheist. Glenn does not believe in the supreme being “God” and on her self-titled YouTube channel, which has over 500,000 subscribers, she strongly criticizes the practices of Christians and Muslims. Glenn often says that she is not an advocate of atheism+ (atheism plus radical feminism). Although it sounds rather confusing; when you hear the things she says, you don’t need a fortune teller to know what she believes in. Put simply, if you don’t want to leave your Christain faith, you might want to sift through the things you hear on her channel.

3. How She Became An Atheist

As she grew, she began to question the teachings of the Catholic Church regarding divorce. Glenn had conflicting beliefs that were contrary to the divorce doctrine of the Church. And so it all began. Since she did not want to be controversial, she stuck to the divorce doctrine while holding fast to her views. This remained so when she started her YouTube videos. Glenn created her first YouTube channel in 2011.

She claimed to be Catholic, but her opinions differed greatly from the Church on several issues. Glenn, who was liberal on certain issues, came out in 2012 to announce to her fans that she was an atheist and agnostic. Her beatings of Christianity earned her the affection of atheist leader Richard Dawkins, who is now her biggest fan.

It was reported that her spouse did not support what she had advertised on her YouTube channel.

Glenn soon moved on and moved to Los Angeles after the divorce. During her stay in LA, she came into contact with DaveDays, who is also a YouTuber. Their relationship lasted two years before they separated. In 2016 she went out with Richie Giese, after which they separated the following year.

5. Stance on Feminism

Glenn has made strong statements about feminism, especially what she calls radical feminism. She claims that women are not equal to men. This view has led many feminists to consider her as an MRA (Men’s Rights Movement apologist). But the YouTube star doesn’t seem to mind, as she has continued to speak out against feminism.

She maintained her stance on feminism even during the time of the Eliot Rodger massacre, when she apologized for the misogynistic murders at the University of California, Santa Barbara, by the 22-year-old who later committed suicide after the event. According to her, Rodger’s monstrous act was linked to mental illness rather than misogyny.
