Adam Lallana Bio

Adam was born Adam David Lallana on May 10, 1988, in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, where he grew up until the age of five when he moved to the Ilford area of Bournemouth. His parents are David and Sharon Lallana. Adam is of Spanish descent, his paternal grandparents immigrated to Britain from Madrid.

Adam’s father, David, is an avid Freemason, one of the world’s largest fraternal organizations dating back to the local fraternities of stonemasons. David Lallana helped found a Masonic lodge in Southampton, which is dedicated to soccer. Adam, like his father, learned a lot about Freemasonry. He has a sister called Natalie Lallana who is his advisor. Not much is known about Lallana’s mother Sharon, but it is said that she is a close friend of Joanne Shaw, the mother of English professional footballer Luke Shaw, who played with Adam in Southampton.

Growing up, Adam shared a passion for football with his father David and both supported Everton. Adam attended both the Corpus Christi School and St. Peter’s Catholic Comprehensive School. He started playing football as a young boy and was a member of the AFC Bournemouth. In 2000, at the age of 12, Adam’s skills caught the attention of the Southampton scouts and he soon joined their academy. Adam spent the next 6 years improving his skills at Saint’s Academy before moving up to the senior side in 2006. In the same year, he was appointed to the English U-18 team.

In 2007 he was loaned to the AFC Bournemouth for a short period of time. After his return, he quickly worked his way up to the first team and became a captain in 2012. Lallana would help Southampton achieve two promotions from the Premier League to the league and the Premier League.

Adam signed a 5-year contract with Southampton in 2013, but as he prepared for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, he began to attract the interest of Merseyside club Liverpool FC. Following England’s withdrawal from the World Cup, Lallana signed an alleged £25 million contract with Liverpool in June 2014. In his 8 seasons in Southampton Adam scored 60 goals in 265 appearances.

Injuries delayed Lallana’s appearance for Liverpool, which later took place in September 2014. He scored his first goal in a league match against West Brom in October of the same year. Since moving to Liverpool, Adam has helped the team reach the finals of the Football League Cup, the UEFA Champions League, and the UEFA Europa League.

Their relationship began in 2006, the same year that Adam was promoted from the youth team of Southampton to the senior national team. Their relationship has indeed survived the test of time.

Following their engagement, Adam and his wife had originally planned to enter into the covenant of marriage in June 2014. However, this period of time collided with England’s opening game at the 2014 FIFA World Cup, so they had to postpone the wedding by 6 months. The couple decided to get married at the Poole registry office in Dorset on 24 December 2013.

Before the marriage was contracted, the couple already had a son Arthur Michael. He was born on 26 September 2012. On 3 June 2015, they welcomed a second son Albie George. The wife of Adam Lallana lives her life in secret, far away from the ever-watchful eyes of the media.
